Pole Dancing in South Kensington

danceI had been thinking recently of new ways to keep fit as the same old gym routine was getting quite tedious! I had been trying mixing it with Yoga, Pilates and even swimming but it was all getting rather tiresome. A friend at my previous escorts agency suggested to me that I start taking pole dancing lessons and although I was quite worried at first, I eventually thought this could actually be a really good idea. It is said that pole dancing can improve your posture, flexibility and stamina and give you an amazingly toned figure so I thought I would give it a try! I also thought that it might come in useful as I work as one of the most innovative London escorts around and I can certainly think of a few clients that might enjoy a special performance or two! Since taking up classes it’s been going really well, I’ve just had a pole installed in my apartment in South Kensington so I can carry on my exercises and practise my dance routines at home so when I go to my weekly class I can show them how good I am getting!

I’m genuinely thinking of starting my own classes as I’ve become very good at it, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in how toned I am and how strong my thighs have become! And the best thing about it is I haven’t become bored of it yet and neither have my clients, in fact a couple of them even asked me to show them a few moves! I think pole dancing is a fantastic way to keep fit and ensure your energy levels are high and it also makes you feel very sexy.
